Dr. Xingfeng Qiu, Chief Physician, Associate Professor, and Master's Supervisor, is a high-level talent in Fujian Province and a specially appointed researcher for the Xiamen Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference. He currently serves as the Vice President (seconded) of Xiang'an Hospital of Xiamen University and is the Director of the Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery at Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University.
