Specialization: Focuses on standardized and normative surgical treatment of gastrointestinal tumors, having established standardized surgical procedures. Pioneered the "total mesenteric" resection concept for esophagogastric junction tumors in China. Improved the international advanced Kamikawa anastomosis technique for proximal gastrectomy, optimizing surgical processes and reducing operation time, leading in China. Proposed standardized and normative postoperative specimen handling and lymph node dissection, with significant impact in the domestic gastric cancer field through the publication of the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Standardized Surgical Handling of Gastric Cancer Specimens (2022)." Developed a comprehensive surgical treatment system for colorectal tumors characterized by minimally invasive techniques, function preservation, and rapid recovery. Trained twice at Saitama Cancer Center and the Ariake Hospital of the Japanese Cancer Research Fund. Recognized as a leading figure in gastrointestinal tumor treatment in China, receiving high praise from patients and peers.
Research and Teaching: Published over 70 research papers in recent years, with more than 20 indexed in SCI. Contributed to 16 national expert consensus documents, including leading the drafting of the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Standardized Surgical Handling of Gastric Cancer Specimens (2022)." Edited "Laparoscopic Proximal Gastrectomy with Double Muscle Flap Method" and co-translated "The Successful Path of Expert Digestive Surgery." Served as associate editor for "Chinese Guidelines for Integrated Oncology Techniques (2023) Gastrointestinal Protection" and authored "Guidelines for Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Resection."
