Sherrianne NG Qin Yin

Dr Sherrianne Ng is a Research Associate in Bioinformatics at the Faculty of Medicine, Department of Metabolism, Digestion and Reproduction, at Imperial College London. Her research is focused on using multi-omics approaches to understand host microbiota interactions during pregnancy in relation to preterm birth as well as immune-metabolic blood responses during neonatal sepsis in preterm infants. It is hoped that this research will help with the prediction and prevention of preterm birth to reduce morbidity and mortality as well as improve the health outcomes for these babies born too early.
